This workshop will be both academic and practical with a focus on behavior change and developing approaches and counseling in difficult situations.
Reaching and working with boys and young men
seem like such good ideas…but when individuals
and programs try to reach out to young men,
resistance and lack of interest seem to be the
primary responses.
Through lecture, discussion,
film and group activities, this highly interactive
workshop will give participants the opportunity to
identify some of the reasons for this resistance.
