HPV is the most common sexually transmitted virus in the US. Over half of sexually active men and women have some form of this virus. Most HPV infections will go away on their own. However, some HPV infections can lead to cervical cancer in women and others can cause genital warts in men and women.
Learn about HPV, its link to cervical cancer and ways that you can screen, treat and help your clients prevent HPV.
This online training module is a recording of an audioconference originally conducted via telephone on November 14, 2006 for healthcare professionals.
