The toolkit was developed for California Family Health Council’s Title X Delegate Agencies to assist them in meeting the Title X Information and Education (I&E) Guidelines set out in the Code of Federal Regulations.
We are pleased to make the toolkit and its editable forms available to CFHC’s Title X Delegate Agencies at no charge when you sign up below.
This toolkit can also help Title X agencies nationwide as well as non-Title X funded health care organizations to better meet the educational needs of their clients as well.
